Raised in a very Evangelical household, Emily spills the tea on how she's always been a little bit psychic, stories of hiding secular CDs, and the shame that kept her small as she felt pressure to be "good" over being herself. Church PTSD is very real and pushes a lot of folks away from faith and spirituality.
