On today's episode Gina and Alice discuss what balance means to them, how to find balance in your own life and how it can look different for everyone.

When it comes to balance we consider factors such as lifestyle, nutrition, training and exercise, work, stress, sleep, family time, when to prioritise ourself vs prioritising other people. 

It is so important to realise that we have different priorities that peak and trough throughout our lives as we move through different stages of life. 

Factors to consider:

1) What serves your mental health/ makes you happy?

2) What serves your physical health and physical goals (Remember this is not just about how you look!)

3) What will enable you to live and sustain a long and healthy life?
