Steve Sawyer is the Director of Digital Marketing and Advertising for Metal Blade Records and brings a very unique perspective to much of the industry when it comes right down to marketing artists and music. To push an artist’s music with a share on social media is one thing, but to strategize and manage artist/label campaigns and watch the data pour in is an entirely different animal which I have mad respect for.
