Julia Nice is one half of Fortunice Property. Together with her husband and business partner they run a property investment and development business, transforming unloved property into quality homes for their tenants, adding to their portfolio and helping their investors gain a passive income.
Julia is from Sydney and relocated to London in 2012. Julia pursued her corporate career in banking in the City however with no motivation in the job, her efforts went into personal property investing. In March 2016, the first UK investment purchase was made and then in October 2016, Julia left the corporate world to become a full time property investor.
Julia is a mum to 18 month old Sacha, they are regulars at Clissold Park or they may pass you on the bike in and around Hackney. Julia loves her family and all things property, also travel, the outdoors lifestyle, wine, music and donuts.
