Sometimes life is damn tough, there are the triggers, the challenges, the stressors, the insecurities, the fears, the worries, the fights, the losses, the dramas and sometimes even a full blown global pandemic.
WOW, we are resilient... but at times I know I have felt like I was barely surviving.
Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health are all connected, and beyond a global virus pandemic, we have been facing a general health pandemic for much longer, and with that, mental health is certainly affected.
