In this episode I share with you five things to identify that you are in overload or stressed out. We just talk and dabble a little bit about life. We all know it isn’t easy as a woman trying to juggle the many things we have to do in a day but we do know that there are some things that we can do to change what goes on in our world. We do know that there are so many contributing factors that we can control or that are in our control and we have to decide what we are going to do to take back our life. So in this episode we talk about those things and how we can eliminate those things and what contributing factors affect or impact our life.
