Today we are sharing about a variety of client experiences that Emily has had lately. These experiences are common experiences that estheticians can have with their clients! When it comes to communication with clients, we want to emphasize the importance of how and when to communicate in an effective manner. 

A few highlights about communication from the episode:

  1. Educate your clients to use products what work for them, not for their friends.
  2. Gently remind clients to be patient with results and what to do if they are not getting their desired results. 
  3. Thoroughly educate your clients on the products they are including in their skincare regimen.
  4. Explain to your client the importance of quality of products over quantity.
  5. Make yourself available for communication and utilize other avenues to help you reach clients. For example:

Communication is the key to a successful business. Be a confident communicator, know your how and why’s, and don’t be shy to speak to what you need - people are waiting to get in!! Be direct and always be kind!

Drink of the episode: Peppermint Mocha Cold Brew

Instructions: Fill a glass with ice and 2/3 full of Bizzy's peppermint mocha cold brew, 1/3 full with peppermint mocha creamer, and top with whip cream! We also chose a festive peppermint marshmallow. Crushed candy cane bits would also work well on this!
