I'm legit going to go over the Top Superfoods she lists in the article because it’s so beneficial for anyone!

SUPERFOODS

Get that glowing skin from within by today’s drink called THE HULK. A drink made specifically full of superfoods. The benefit of making things from scratch is control of ingredients that can work for you!

Cocktail of the Episode: THE HULK- Superfoods Shake cultivated by Mel!

  1. ¼ cup of Pineapple (Canned, frozen, or fresh)
  2. ½ Cup an apple (fresh)
  3. 1 cup Kale
  4. 1-2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  5. ½ cup Wheatgrass
  6. 1 Tablespoon Ginger (Fresh or
  7. ¾ cup of Coconut Water (flavored or not)
  8. Optional add 1 Tablespoon of organic matcha tea powder for caffeine*
  9. Add some ice cubes to also make it a little colder before blending
  10. Blend in NutriBullet - drink right away
