Description

Invest in others

Our relationships are like a bank. We receive coins (positive interactions) and make withdrawals in the form of negative interactions. Deposits are the acts that bring happiness and joy to our lives, while withdrawals are the times when we feel sadness or discontent. Missing out on depositing positive interactions may lead us to feel resentment towards our partner or eventually end the relationship. It's important to take time out of our days to make new deposits in our bank.

We can create new deposits by complimenting the other person, listening more than we talk, giving them space, and understanding their needs. Are you only taking withdrawals? Or are you only making deposits? Join this conversation and learn how you can positively invest in others.
