It has been a while so it is very much a reintroduction to the podcast. But WE ARE BACK MY BABIES.

Secondly, Oklahoma had a squad of athletes compete in Florida at the Official Strongman Games. Big props to everyone. We also discuss some in house athletes competing in Atlanta for the American Open. That is strictly a weightlifting meet - clean & jerk and snatch! Finally we rap it up discussing upcoming competitions.
