About Sparrow Blue:
Formed in St. Albert, AB, Sparrow Blue is a hard-hitting rock band consisting of Des Parks (vocals), Jon Dombroski (guitar), Liam Holm (drums), Russell McCann (percussion), Chad Plamondon (guitar), and Caden Doyle (bass). With a sound they proudly call Real Thick Rock & Roll, their influences range from legends like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zeppelin, and Mountain. The band’s high-energy performances have seen them share the stage with Finger Eleven, The Sheepdogs, The Trews, and more. They’ve played major festivals like Taste of Edmonton, Edmonton RockFest, and Extreme Mudfest, selling out shows across Canada in 2023. Their latest album, No Lies, No Tricks, and the single "Jack The Stranger" were recorded in their home studio, The Blue Room.
