Bonus Episode!!! Romance Yo Self!!! Happy Valentines Day Everybody! I know, with it being Valentines day, I am sure you are wondering why the title of this episode is Romance Yo Self!
Well the inspiration came from an interview I did with the Dinitruths Podcast on Wednesday where we talked about self love. (You can catch that interview HERE) It was a very candid conversation about Valentines day, romance and self love. He had listened to a couple of my podcast and was excited to hear that I had talked about self love and my journey with that.
After that interview, I really felt that it needed a more in depth discussion about all of those subject. I know that sometimes, actually more times than not, we beat ourselves up more than we love ourselves. It's time to put your oxygen mask on first and take care of you! Without taking care of you, how can you possibly take care of anyone else much less, teach them how to take care of you. If you don't take the time to learn how to Love Yourself, how can you possibly love someone else, much less teach them how to Love You in a way that feels good to you!
I get real candid and raw sharing parts of my story and letting you know where I had/have challenges in life too. This is real life application and it will change your life if you take the time to apply it!
