Himalayan salt say it ain’t so. Allegedly Himalayan salt has potential contamination. It would appear that a significant amount of it is harvested artisanally which in my opinion may be the issue. Sauce Ondulée is artisanally made also , so maybe I should not disparage the quality of artisanal products.
