Today I wanted to highlight a few very valauble practices you can use to help bring more regulation to your nervous system.
These act in many different ways to calm your nervous system
Some work to activate your vagus nerve to activate your parasympathetic nervous system
Some work to dissipate adrenaline through movement
and some work to bring your awareness into the present moment to promote a sense of calm
