We’ve taken a couple of weeks off because I felt it was important to not talk for a while. So much is going on in our world and I felt it was important to just not talk. Now we are back with an interview with my good friend Jenn Lucas. Jenn is a military spouses, National trainer, presenter, and assessor with Les Mills. She has her degree from the college of William and Mary in Kinesiology.
