A mentor to many, Biff Buckley spent 41 years in the insurance industry as owner of one of the largest locally-owned insurance agencies in Lexington. During this time he developed a portfolio of real estate investment properties which he currently operates. Biff owns several commercial properties and several hundred units of multifamily accrued over many years and comments on strategic growth and lessons learned (sometimes the hard way) along the way.
In this episode, Biff was able to offer up a life story to encourage Lexingtonians in not only their investments but their work-life balance. He was born around Cooper Drive (considered close to Downtown today) which at that point was considered the outskirts of town and offers an incredibly unique perspective on the growth of Lexington.
