On this episode we’re joined by Ben Lowell- the Owner/Operator of Hanoi House. Located in the East Village, Hanoi House is a relaxed destination for Vietnamese dishes and imaginative cocktails. They first opened in 2017 and recieved high praise from the likes of The NY Times, Infatuation, and Eater. This marks our first episode focusing on Hospitality/Food/Beverage and will kick off a series of conversations with operators in the space.
