On this episode we’re joined by Ben Lowell- the Owner/Operator of Hanoi House. Located in the East Village, Hanoi House is a relaxed destination for Vietnamese dishes and imaginative cocktails. They first opened in 2017 and recieved high praise from the likes of The NY Times, Infatuation, and Eater.
