UV Bubble Directions:
- Imagine a red root uncurling down from your tailbone into the earth, imagine that it nestles its way into the earth’s core. If it is difficult for you to do this, then ask Mother Earth to reach up and grab the root and bring it into her belly.
- From where the root meets the core, imagine an ultra violet bubble of light growing from where the root meets the core. It stays connected as it grows taller. As it grows, it encapsulates your root, then the feet, legs, hips, belly and back, and finally you are completely encapsulated in a bubble of UV light from above the crown of the head to the core of the earth.
- Program your bubble: Set the intention that only helpful energy comes in through the bubble and only helpful energy goes out. Program the bubble to stay in place for the remainder of your day
- That’s it! If you feel uncertain at any point, bring your awareness to your bubble.. (One note, this does not mean that only “feel good” information will be felt; sometimes things that are helpful aren’t pleasurable.)
Direct your breath, direct your energy :
- Relax the abdomen. Breathe a few breaths into the lower lungs, allowing the abdomen to rise and fall.
- Now, inhale and fill up the belly and upper and lower chest, complete inhalation of breath.
- Exhale, bringing the bellybutton in towards the spine as you exhale, to release the breath completely and make new space for fresh breath.
- Continue for 12 rounds or as long as you want.
Enhancing personal power:
- Start with the complete inhale and exhale of breath that we just mentioned. (directions above)
- Once the breath is naturally slow, deep, and steady, bring your awareness to your upper abdomen.
- Imagine feeling a bright golden or white light here. Breath into this light a few rounds, inhaling, and exhaling
- With each inhale, breath in deeply into this area, feel the light spreading into the rest of your body... Feel the light spreading down the legs, into the feet, feel the bright light illuminating the chest, shoulders, and arms, neck, face, and head... Whole body aglow with light.
- With each complete exhale, feel any dampness or heaviness, fear and stress being released.
- Feel how you are literally a force to be reckoned with. You are starlight in a physical form.
- End with feeling your entire being as feeling safe and supported.
