Correction from Dr. Nigg: There’s actually not a clear conclusive finding here that I can see after more studies have come out. Only correlational studies. The main MRI finding on structure is no evidence of harm. When we do see structural changes over time (e.g., one randomized controlled trial) it’s unclear what it means.
