As I learn more about myself, I have discovered that I jump to conclusions.  Jumping to conclusions is considered "twisted thinking" according to David D. Burns, MD, author of 10 Days to Self-Esteem and The Feeling Good Handbook.  I share how I have jumped to conclusions and how this type of thinking isn't aligned with the person I want to be.  I give you some of my tips to work through the behaviors that result from this thinking.
