Description

This episode is about joining the gym for weight loss purposes. (FYI: the 1st 11 minutes specifically address those individuals who are new to the gym and some suggestions to make you more comfortable as well as successful).  I also talk about pitfalls: intensity, self talk, your relationship with your body and food, and chronic under eating.  At the end of the episode, I give you some easy tips for weight loss.  

I mention a reference to Brent Brown and an interview over the High Five Challenge.  I was unable to find that interview so it's possible I remember incorrectly.  Please find Mel Robbins who is the person who created the High Five Challenge.
