Description

Having hope isn't a bad thing.  To have a feeling of expectation of something you want to have happen, which is the definition of hope, is great.  We are meant to feel all feelings and therefore, we are meant to feel the feeling of hope.  The problem with hope is it is not a solution, it is a feeling.  Feelings are powerful but what is your state when you feel hope?  Does it empower you or do you feel helpless just wishing things would work out? Hope is not an action either.  Although people treat hope like it is an action. Far too often people use hope as an answer, THE ANSWER and as something outside of themselves that they rely on. This episode is to help you understand if you are at the effect of hope.
