Does it surprise you that people who are empathic attract people with low empathy? The Law of Attraction says that like attracts like so why aren't empaths attracting more empaths into their lives? You can call this the law of polarity; the Yin and the Yang or the balance in life. But, it is also the law of attraction because you are attracting people that will confirm your story story, your identity.
This episode discusses how both the empath and the toxic person are BOTH controlling at the same time but in vastly different ways. My guess is that you didn't realize that the empath was controlling. We live in a society that makes the toxic person the villain and the empathy the saint. But I want to teach you about taking responsibility and seeing this from a bigger perspective. I prefer to get distant from the right and wrong with judging other people and their actions and get into what is right for you.
