- Carbon markets: a trading scheme designed for carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. In a carbon market, carbon credits are sold as permits that allow the purchaser to emit a certain amount of carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gas
- Agroforestry: land use management system that combines trees with farming, or agriculture and forestry
