This story was drafted on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019. Weeks before Covid-19 turned the world upside down and prior to me launching my seven-day a week photography schedule. That creative routine developed into me publishing my first photo book, securing multiple exhibition slots from Rome to Glasgow and linking with Canada’s Vancouver Street Photography Collective. I returned to this industrial backdrop a few times as I began to grow into my unique vision of what street photography means to me and how it will shape my memory of Southern Arizona.
The reality of this part-time job interview spoke to a greater picture.
