Description

Join me, Antonia Henry and Courtney Edgecomb for a timely conversation about pelvic floor health, in general, and specifically for strength athletes. Social media has been blowing up over this topic and Antonia and Courtney are here to educate us on the pelvic floor and normalize discussions about it.

Antonia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach with an MS in Applied Exercise Science. She is passionate about educating her clients through evidence-based practices to enable their long-term success on their health & fitness journeys. She enjoys helping millennials get strong, lose fat, and navigate pregnancy and postpartum through 1 on 1 coaching, templated programs and courses. When she’s not working, you can find her powerlifting, cuddling with her Great Dane, or drinking gin & tonics.

Courtney is a pelvic health physical therapist passionate about providing clients with empowerment and confidence to return to the activities they love through education, body awareness, movement, and wellness practices. She enjoys working with patients of all genders to overcome conditions including pelvic pain, bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, etc. that commonly interfere with daily activities, exercise, and athletic performance. Courtney graduated from Northeastern University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 and has never stopped learning. When she is not in the office, find her in the kitchen sharpening her French culinary skills.
