3) Stretch Everyday... or do yoga, pilates, etc. 
4) Practice gratitude daily
5) Keep a daily journal
6) Watch what you eat - Eat to live.. 
7) Habit forming & habit tracking is a good thing
8) Live Slow and enjoy the ride

10) Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
