For a Jewish person to be saved, they must place their faith in God and not in their deeds. At the end of the tribulation, 2/3rds of Israel will be destroyed, but the remaining 1/3 will collectively and simultaneously mourn the death of Jesus and place their faith in Him and will be saved.
