In one's search for true value and meaning to their faith lives, I've come to realize that there are certain "non-negotiable" ideals that every single Catholic (and even Christian) believer needs to strive for (and fight for!) to live their lives to the full. There's nothing more fulfilling then striving for these five ideals.
