Jessica is moving right along with her health and wellness journey.  This session we address some of the issues that came up for her during the two weeks since our last meeting.  Hip pain, how to deal with setbacks, and a few other items are on the table of conversations.  This is where health coaching comes into play as a means of holding clients accountable.  We (health coaches) are there to hold a client accountable, praise them for their successes, and find ways to overcome frustrations.  Oh, and a random doorbell ring lets you all know that I have amazing guard dogs!! Keep up the good work, Jessica!  Looking onward to session three soon.
