Why is that such an important question?
Well, first of all it demonstrates interest. It demonstrates empathy. It actually teaches you what challenges your client or prospect is facing.
What you do next, of course, is to determine how you may be of service helping them face the next 12 months, either with the services that you offer or with the services your referral partners offer.
