We discuss the history of research into the psychology of Habits and then take on the 1st law of Habit Change:  MAKE IT OBVIOUS!

We learned about 2 ways to put this into practice.

- Create an implementation intention: I will <DO MY NEW HABIT> at <SPECIFIC TIME> in <DEFINED LOCATION>

- Habit stacking is an easy HACK to pair a new habit with a current habit
