Welcome to Season 3 of the Central PA Pour!
We had all three of us in studio and had the pleasure of sitting down and talking to Adam Chamberlain from Cartel Brewing & Blending in Lancaster, PA. We find out how he came up with the name and logo and it's a very interesting story and NOT what you think of when you hear the word cartel. He describes his passion and different style of creating a quality craft beer and did we enjoy what he brought for us to try. Listen in and hear his story and you must make it a bucket list visit when in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
We sampled a Czech pilsner, English mild ale, hazy IPA, cream ale, milk stout and barrel aged barleywine.
