What a fun time we had with Keith, Mariah, Nick and Justin from Lydian Stone Brewing Company in York Haven, PA. We found out how the journey got started and how it became a family affair. From Keith brewing great beer, Mariah creating Beer-Tails, Nick (the debonair) creating scratch delicious meals and the new milestone hire, Justin coming in to help out. And how they help out the community with some fund-raising beers created for the first responders in the area.
We enjoyed a lager, blonde ale, fruited ale and the OG, a signature pale ale.
