One aspect of our business is getting people into our world.  We bust our butt to attract those new customers, but how do we keep them coming back for more?  Well, obviously the key is great customer service our products & services that we deliver.  If that's the case why do some many businesses miss these simple steps to keep their customers coming back for more?  Today, I share what happened to me on three different occasions and how profoundly different each interaction increased or decreased the likelihood I'll return.
