Founder and CEO of TideLand Financial, Keith Gause, has an array of experience that he brings to the table. Starting out in Special Operations in the Air Force, Keith served for 6 years before he transitioned into local law enforcement. During his 6 years there, Keith got married and started a family. Realizing his income wasn’t enough to create the life he wanted, he took the leap into entrepreneurship. His very first business was a party rental company, and it provided him with a lot of experience on what not to do as a business owner. After selling that company and one other, Keith had to figure out what to do with his money. That’s when he got into investing.
He would go on to spend the next 7 years working for Northwestern Mutual while going to school at The American College of Financial Services. Through it all, he was crafting what would become TideLand Consulting. Having just launched January of this year, Keith is consistently bringing in 3-4 new clients a week just through word of mouth. His company aims to help business owners with everything from asset protection and tax mitigation to business valuations and exit strategies. By the end of the year, they plan to also offer payroll and employee benefit services. Keith’s goal is to be a one-stop shop for solving pain points that come with business ownership.
