Twenty-five years ago, there weren’t podcasts or mentorship programs for entrepreneurs. Now, these resources are almost limitless, and if you’re not taking advantage of them you’re selling yourself short. Today’s guest, Kris Whitehead, is a best-selling author, a business owner, and a coach. He wasn’t always in a position to help others, however. It took him many years before he realized all the problems within his business were a reflection of the uncertainty he had internally. He described himself as more cocky than confident. That was until he started down a path of personal development.
Kris realized making money couldn’t be his main purpose as a business owner. He needed to have core values to strive for. Among his core values are integrity, communication, and innovation. After 8 years of non-stop grinding, Kris realized sometimes you have to slow down in order to go fast. He finally found that freedom that he always thought being an entrepreneur meant. Now he’s dedicated to helping others to achieve the same.
