Description

We’re back with Samuel Smith, host of the Small Business Surgery podcast.  Samuel dives a little deeper as he talks about his home life.  Now divorced, it’s important to Samuel to carve out quality time for his sons.  He’s usually up from 4:45 am and working until 9 pm, but from 3-6pm everyday it’s all about Samuel and his sons.  One of his son’s wants to be like him and have his podcast and YouTube channel.  Samuel nurtures this by letting his son use his equipment to record his videos.

Just like Samuel, his sons don’t really enjoy school.  They were beyond what they were being taught and weren’t being challenged.  Having tested into an accelerated school, Samuel hopes this new education will be what they need to thrive.  If not, Samuel has promised one of his sons that as soon as he builds his own company and makes his first $100,000 in revenue, he can drop out of school.
