In this episode of The Book Talkies, Kaustubh and Anirudh welcome their very first guest speaker Amruta Rajadhyaksha (an avid reader, a Senior Product Analyst and happens to be Kaustubh's partner) to discuss about a highly recommended Graphic Novel: 'Maus' - written by Art Spiegelman. This is the only Graphic Novel which has won the Pulitzer prize.
They try to put themselves in the shoes of Vladek Spiegelman, an Auschwitz survivor (from the Nazi era in the World War 2) and Art's father, on whom this book is based. A true yet disturbing tale and a must read!
