Description

Most of us have parts of ourselves that we’ve pushed away because they make us feel uncomfortable or threatened in some way. This part of ourselves is known as our shadow self, and it holds many of our weaknesses, problems, and negative emotions that we’ve swept under the rug. Shadow work takes this concept and applies it to everyone, everywhere in their life—not just those who suffer from mental illnesses like anxiety and depression.
