Is it best to be stiff or flexible?

When you don’t know how much effort it takes you don’t feel as much gratitude. So, struggling is a gift in many ways.
Yoga is adaptable whether you are stiff, flexible bodytype, whether you live in a cold or hot climate, environment. It all has an influence on your practice. Develop the attitude “I will make the best out of it!” And then, you learn how to make the best of it.
