We've mentioned it enough on the podcast so far and now it's finally here: the hunger scale episode!

I have very few (and simple) tools in my toolbelt when it comes to losing weight and maintaining that weight loss with ease. The hunger scale is one of those tools.

In this episode, we'll dive into what the hunger scale is, how I use it, why it's such a powerful tool on your weight loss journey, and how you can start using it today.

I also like to call it the hunger and fullness scale because we're teaching ourselves to pay attention to our body's sensations both when we're hungry and when we're satisfied. We'll cover what it means to pay attention to your body's signals and to purposefully open up that mind/body connection.

Listen to this episode and then go implement this tool. Practice using the hunger scale and see what it's like to intentionally tune in to what your body is trying to tell you throughout the day.

When you're well-practiced at using your hunger and fullness scale and listening to your body's signals, weight loss and maintenance are a breeze.
