We’re talking about body thoughts in this episode.

I’ve never heard anyone dive deep into their thoughts about bodies like we are in today’s episode.

We’re not just talking about whether you like your body or not, we're exploring your thoughts about your body, your beliefs about how bodies should or shouldn’t be in general, and whether those beliefs might be coming from.

At the beginning of working with a new client, I always ask my client why they want to lose weight.

Many times our reason for losing weight and changing our bodies is due to old, outdated beliefs about bodies.

So in this episode, I want you to get open and curious with yourself as we dive into your past beliefs about your body, current beliefs, and then get super intentional with what you want your future beliefs about your body to be.

I’ll take you through the different sources you might be using to inform your beliefs about bodies right now (intentionally and unintentionally) and how to change those beliefs if you so decide to moving forward.

Your body thoughts are an important part of your weight loss journey. Get some awareness around your body thoughts to see how that’s affecting your current weight loss journey.
