Sometimes life is hard. And when life is hard, losing weight can feel hard, too.

During those times or seasons of life, the answer isn’t to give up or get down on yourself.

As you’ll hear in today’s episode, the answer is to understand and have compassion. When you bring those two in the mix, weight loss doesn’t have to be a struggle anymore. Then we can drop the hard.
