In this episode, we’re talking about those times when other people have opinions about your weight and share them with you (unsolicited or not) and those times when you’re worried about what other people’s opinions might be.

Unless you live alone in a people-less community without the internet, there will be opportunities for people to have opinions and/or for you to wonder what people might be thinking about your weight loss journey.

So I say, let’s just get ahead of the game and go ahead and address it. We’ll dive into why this happens, both people giving you unsolicited comments about your weight and why we assume and sometimes fixate on what others might be thinking.

You’ll leave this episode knowing what your options are, whether you want to share your journey with others or not, and how to handle when people share their opinions with you.
