It's so important to bring into awareness what you're expectations are for your journey because they're definitely in your brain noodling around!
So in this episode, I'll share with you a few exercises that you can use to gain some awareness around what those expectations actually are.
Once you have awareness, you have the power to do something about it. We'll dive into how you can use this new awareness to help you on your weight loss journey and in the future when you're in maintenance mode.
