It’s time I finally shared with you my story of how I lost 25lbs and so we’re doing that today on this 25th episode of the podcast.

I find it so fascinating to hear other people’s journeys, experiences, and their insight and perspective of having gone after a big goal so I wanted to give that to you, my listeners.

Come with me along my two year trip of losing 25lbs where we start at my breaking point in 2018 and end with me maintaining my weight loss for almost 9 months (and counting).

I share with you my biggest struggles, why I chose the goal, what I gained from going on this journey, and what my journey looks like now moving forward.
