It's so important to think about your filters for how to know when to get started as weight loss, and any other goal you go after will take some type of time, energy, and monetary investment. So you're going to want to know and love your reasons when it is time to get started.
We'll also talk about the impact of getting started now and how getting started now will impact you today and six months from now so that whenever the time is for best you to get started, you're already gearing up for an amazing journey.
