My two favorite sayings are “Let it be simple” and “Lose weight with ease”.
What I don’t say is weight loss should be easy. In today’s episode, I break down why that is and then share with you the difference between easy and ease.
It’s important to understand the difference between the two and also to be clear on what the goal is (i.e. should we try to make it easy?).
I’ll be sharing with you my opinion on hard vs easy as well, why neither is better than the other, and why something being hard doesn’t actually have to be a problem.
