We're going to talk about all three, what I like to call the 3 D's, in this first part of a 2-part podcast series.
In this episode, we'll start with dreaming about what it is you really want: weight loss, stopping emotional eating, and trusting yourself.
Then we'll dive into how the 3 D's are keeping you from your dream. Dream stealers!
It's not enough to know what's keeping you from your dream, though. Listen in and then take a look at how the 3 D's might be showing up in your life right now and then commit to letting them go!
